2019 Colts Season Preview: Colts/Chiefs, Week 5

INDIANAPOLIS — It won't take long for the Indianapolis Colts to get a rematch in what was one of their biggest games in nearly a decade.


The Colts made an improbable late-season run to the playoffs last year which culminated in a loss in the Divisional Round to the Kansas City Chiefs, a team that was exacting its own revenge after a lowly playoff history against the Colts.


The Chiefs would prevail earlier this January, sending the Colts home. Now, the Colts get the Chiefs early in the season with a (hopefully) healthier roster and better weather. It's no surprise that this matchup is on NBC's Sunday Night Football docket, as all the eyes of the football world will be looking to see Andrew Luck vs. Patrick Mahomes.
