ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Starting Thursday, the Broncos will host 19 training camp practices at UCHealth Training Center that are open to the public.

For fans, this will be the first opportunity to see the newest iteration of the Broncos, who are now led by Head Coach Vic Fangio.

There are plenty of reasons to head down to see a training camp practice, and we’ve put together a list of some of the best reasons to attend.

  • Get your first look at the team

Head Coach Vic Fangio is installing a new defensive system. Offensive Coordinator Rich Scangarello will implement a new scheme for the offense. Essentially, the Broncos will look very different in 2019. Want to impress everyone at the office with your knowledge of how the team looks? Head down for one of our first practices!

  • Interact with the players

Every day, players will span the rope line at the bottom of the Broncos’ grassy berm that overlooks the practice fields. They’ll sign autographs and chat with fans after practice every single day, which means you could meet your favorite players! One day it could be Von Miller. The next, Joe Flacco! You’ll never know who you could run into!

  • Watch the rookies trot out for their first camp!

The 2018 rookie class dominated during the regular season. But Bradley Chubb, Courtland Sutton and Phillip Lindsay first showed flashes of greatness during training camp. Could first-round pick Noah Fant or any of the other rookies do the same? You’ll have to be there to see!

  • Help fight Alzheimer’s disease

On Sunday, July 21, the Broncos will host their second annual Alzheimer’s Awareness Day at training camp. Last year, fans donated so much that the team was able to make the largest single-day donation in the history of the Alzheimer’s Association’s Colorado chapter. Can you help us break last year’s record and take another step toward defeating this disease? Don’t forget to wear your purple!

  • Check out the stadium!

If you’ve never been to a Broncos game, the team’s open practice at Broncos Stadium at Mile High may be for you! Even if you’re a season ticket holder, this is still a great chance to check out the team on Saturday, July 27. This will be the Broncos’ first stadium training camp practice since 2014, and it’s free to attend! For more information, click here!

  • Dance with Von Miller

It’s essentially a training camp tradition that Von Miller will spring out of the locker room and onto the field doing some sort of crazy dance. So why don’t you join him?! Miller has also been known to get the crowd fired up and to play catch with kids in the crowd.

  • Donate to kids in need!

The fourth annual Stuff for Students school supplies drive will be held every day during training camp, and you could be a winner in more way than one! First, you can contribute to a great cause. The supplies that are donated will be distributed to schools in need in Colorado by Volunteers of America. Backpacks, three-ring binders, spiral notebooks, colored markets, 24-count boxes of crayons and monetary donations are all needed! And if you donate at the entrance gate, you’ll be entered to win an autographed Broncos football!

  • Snack on some good food

The food trucks are back! As you watch the team practice, you can grab a variety of different types of food from restaurants around Denver. The food trucks will be parked on the west side of the Pat Bowlen Fieldhouse, so make sure to snag some good eats!
