Here’s a look at 10 numbers of note heading into Sunday’s matchup:
767 — Kirk Cousins threw for 767 total yards in two games against the Packers in 2018, which is the highest single-season total for a Vikings quarterback against Green Bay.
118 — Sunday will mark the 118th overall meeting between the teams, a series that includes a split of two playoff games. Minnesota is 54-60-3 all-time against the Packers.
3 — Dalvin Cook recorded the third 100-yard rushing performance of his career in Week 1. The Vikings running back had 111 yards and two touchdowns on 21 carries.
2 — Vikings safety Anthony Harris had his second-career multi-interception game in Week 1. Both of Harris’ picks occurred on the series before touchdown runs by Cook.
5 — The Vikings are 5-1-1 in their past seven games against the Packers under Head Coach Mike Zimmer, including wins in Green Bay in 2015 and 2017 and a tie there last season.
1 — Packers Head Coach Matt LaFleur was the only first-year head coach to get a win in Week 1. The seven coaches who are in their first season with a team went a combined 1-5-1.
11 — Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is 11-8-1 in 20 career regular-season starts against the Vikings, posting a passer rating of 100.0 or better in 11 of those games.
4 — Minnesota’s defense recorded 4.0 sacks Sunday against Atlanta. The Vikings recorded three-plus sacks in 10 of 16 games in 2018.
100 — Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs have combined for five 100-yard receiving games against the Packers since 2016. Both players topped 100 yards (and scored at least one touchdown) in Week 2 at Lambeau Field in 2018.
46 — Green Bay’s defense allowed just 46 rushing yards in a Week 1 win over Chicago. That total is less than the Packers allowed in any game in 2018.
