Forget the virtual reality reps, Broncos rookie quarterback Drew Lock is returning to practice this week. Coach Vic Fangio made the announcement Monday.


“We’re trying to get him as many (reps) as we can, and some of that will be scout team, too,” Fangio said. “You have to remember, this guy hasn’t taken a snap or been in a huddle since the middle of August.”

Allen's fate may depend on the next five games, a stretch that includes four road tests and three teams currently in the league's top 10 in scoring defense.
