The Browns signed cornerback Brian Allen to the active roster from the Bengals’ practice squad, the team announced Monday.
Allen is in his third NFL season out of Utah.
The Steelers made Allen a fifth-round choice in 2017. He has appeared in 17 career games between Pittsburgh (2017-18) and San Francisco (2020).
Allen appeared in one game this season with San Francisco. He also spent time on the practice squads of the 49ers and Bengals.
