Week 11, 27-23 over Denver
Things looked bleak for the Vikings at halftime, as the home team trailed 20-0 after a lackluster, error-filled first 30 minutes of action. But Cousins helped lead a ferocious second-half comeback as the Vikings scored on all four of their possessions after the break. The quarterback completed 29 of 35 passes for 319 yards with three touchdowns for a passer rating of 133.2. Diggs and Rudolph caught touchdowns, as did rookie tight end Irv Smith, Jr., his first in the NFL. Even with a 27-23 lead, the Vikings had to hold on late, as Minnesota denied a trio of Denver passes in the end zone in the final 10 seconds. Kearse again came up clutch late, as his coverage forced the final two Broncos incompletions.
