Capra spent the past two seasons at San Diego State (2019-20) after playing for Oregon from 2016-18. He appeared in 21 games for the Aztecs with 14 starts and in 15 games for the Ducks with one start. In 2020, he started all eight contests at left guard and was named fourth-team All-Mountain West by Phil Steele's College Football. As a junior, Capra saw action in 13 games, starting four at right tackle and two and left tackle. At Oregon, he received Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention two times and was a three-time member of the school's Dean's List.
Cronk spent four years at Indiana (2016-19), starting all 40 games he played in at left tackle before joining Iowa as a graduate transfer in 2020, where he started the first two games of the season at right tackle. Injuries forced him to miss all but six games over the last two seasons. In 2018, he was part of a Hoosier offense that ranked No. 2 in the Big Ten and tied for No. 24 nationally in first downs per game (23.5) and No. 3 in the conference (No. 36 nationally) in passing offense (257.8 ypg.).
Dietzen, a Black Creek, Wis., native, played in 42 games with 39 starts at Wisconsin. In 2016-17, he played in 23 games with 20 starts at left guard and then in 2018 started all 12 games at left tackle. After retiring following the 2018 season due to injuries, Dietzen returned in 2020 and started all seven games (four at left guard, two at left tackle, one at right guard). Last season he played 437 snaps, the third most of any UW player.
Gaither played in 44 games with 27 starts at San Jose State and was a two-time All-Mountain West honoree (first team in 2020 and honorable mention in 2019). He finished his career on the San Jose State career lists for TD receptions (tied for No. 2 with 18), receiving yards (No. 4 with 2,227), and total receptions (No. 11 with 135). Gaither set a school record for consecutive games with a TD reception in 2019 with six.
Heflin spent most of his collegiate career at Northern Illinois (2016-19) before finishing at Iowa (2020) as a graduate transfer. He started all eight games last season, recording 21 tackles (13 solo) with 3.5 tackles for loss and a sack. In 2019 at NIU, Heflin was named honorable mention All-America by Pro Football Focus, earned first-team all-conference honors from PFF, was named second-team All-Mid American Conference by the league's coaches and was selected as NIU's Defensive Player of the Year by the coaching staff.
Kemp saw action in 46 games with 29 starts for Michigan, registering 81 tackles (31 solo), 10 tackles for a loss, 4.5 sacks and a fumble recovery. He was a two-time team captain (2019-20), named third-team All-Big Ten (2019), named the team's Most Improved Player on defense (2018) and was a four-time Academic All-Big Ten selection (2017-20). Kemp set career highs in 2019 in tackles (40), solo tackles (15) and tackles for a loss (4.5).
Uphoff played for Illinois State from 2017-19, appearing in 37 games with 26 starts that all came over his final two seasons. His team's fall season was canceled in 2020 due to COVID-19, but he played in the Reese's Senior Bowl. In 2019, Uphoff started all 15 games, ranked No. 4 on the team with 70 tackles, tied for No. 3 with two INTs and also recorded seven passes defensed, 5.5 tackles for a loss and averaged 29.5 yards on six kickoff returns with a long of 59 yards. He was an All-Missouri Valley Football Conference honorable mention selection in 2018.
