The Green Bay Packers have released RB Lavon Coleman. General Manager Brian Gutekunst announced the transaction Monday.
Coleman was signed to the Packers’ practice squad on Oct. 31, 2018, and promoted to the active roster on Dec. 22, 2018, appearing in one game last season. He was originally signed by the Houston Texans as an undrafted free agent on May 11, 2018. After being released by the Texans on Sept. 1, Coleman spent some time on the practice squad of the Seattle Seahawks.
