CHARLOTTE — The Panthers have made a second major add to the personnel department in the last four days.
The team has hired former Washington college scout Cole Spencer as their director of college scouting.
Spencer had been with Washington since 2010, working his way up through the scouting ranks there. He was named national scout in 2019.
He follows the addition of former Panthers linebacker Dan Morgan, who was hired as assistant general manager Saturday.
