The Rams cleared their COVID-19 list Friday.
The team announced that linebacker Terrell Lewis had been activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list.
The third-round pick from Alabama was placed on the list on July 31, and he was their only remaining player on the list.
They also waived wide receiver Brandon Polk, and signed defensive back Jake Gervase.
