The Chicago Bears will continue the Community All-Pros initiative this season.

Last season, the team celebrated each home game by giving away 10 grants worth $100,000 each to charities in the Chicago area. Recipients included Habitat for Humanity Chicago, Easterseals of DuPage & Fox Valley, Chicago Furniture Bank, Blessings in a Backpack, Hephzibah Children's Association, GiGi's Playhouse, Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans, Cradles to Crayons, Cara and Center for Enriched Living.

This season, the Bears will give $101,000 to one organization. The team is accepting applications from charities in the Chicago media market. Starting today, applications can be submitted through chicagobears.com/communityallpros. The application period will end on September 30.

The 10 finalists will be selected by an impartial internal committee. The ultimate winner will be decided by a group of Season Ticket Holders.

Fans should share this information with their favorite charities. For more information, please visit the application link.
