ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — A year after selecting a pair of SEC wide receivers, the Broncos drafted another SEC wideout in the sixth round of the 2021 NFL Draft.

Denver selected Auburn's Seth Williams with the 219th-overall pick.

Williams, a 6-foot-3, 211-pound receiver, led the Tigers in receiving in each of the last two seasons and was a three-year starter at Auburn. He finished his career with 132 catches for 2,124 yards and 17 touchdowns. Williams began his career with a five-touchdown season that earned him SEC All-Freshman honors.

"Just being able to catch those contested catches, those contested balls," Williams said Saturday when asked about his best trait. "Being able just to be physical off the line and overpower my own defender that's guarding me and being able to make the big play. I don't shy away from the big moment at all. I'm ready for all [moments]."
