The Cardinals are set -- for now, at least, assuming General Manager Steve Keim doesn't make a deal at some point -- with their six draft picks in April's draft.

They will have one selection in each round except for the fifth, since they exited the 2019 draft with two 2020 fifth-round picks.

The Cardinals spent their own fifth-round pick when they took safety Jalen Thompson in July's supplemental draft. They had also received a fifth-round pick in 2020 in the draft trade sending quarterback Josh Rosen to the Miami Dolphins. But when the Cards made their deal with the Dolphins in-season to acquire running back Kenyan Drake, it was for a sixth-round pick that could become a fifth if Drake reached certain conditions with his performance. Drake did reach those conditions, so the Cards sent the fifth-round pick back to Miami.

Drake is scheduled to become a free agent next week. The Cardinals also got a 2019 second-round pick for Rosen, a choice used to select wide receiver Andy Isabella.

The Cardinals had already sent their own sixth-round pick to Cleveland in 2018 in a trade for cornerback Jamar Taylor, but got New England's sixth-round pick last August when they traded tackle Korey Cunningham.

A full list of the Cards' picks, including their spot in the overall draft:

  • First round (8th overall)
  • Second round (40th)
  • Third round (72nd)
  • Fourth round (114th)
  • Sixth round (202nd)
  • Seventh round (222nd)
