Who did the Raiders draft with the picks they acquired from the Bears in the Khalil Mack trade?
Ronald G.
Oregon

The Raiders chose Alabama running back Josh Jacobs with the 24th pick in the first round and traded the 196th selection in the sixth round to the Jets, who chose Rutgers cornerback Blessuan Austin. As part of the Mack deal, the Bears also sent their first- and third-round picks in next year’s draft in exchange for the Raiders’ second-round choice in 2020.

When was the last time the Bears picked two running backs in the same draft as they did this year with David Montgomery and Kerrith Whyte Jr.?
Manny Q.
Chicago

The last time the Bears selected two running backs in the same draft was in 1990 when they chose James Rouse in the eighth round and Johnny Bailey in the ninth round. Rouse appeared in 30 games with four starts in two seasons with the Bears, rushing for 130 yards on 43 carries and catching 15 passes for 93 yards. Bailey also spent two years with the Bears, playing in 30 games with one start. He rushed for 129 yards and one touchdown on 41 carries, averaged 9.4 yards on 72 punt returns with one touchdown and averaged 17.3 yards on 39 kickoff returns. Bailey’s 95-yard punt return touchdown in 1990 against the Chiefs remains the longest in Bears history.
