INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Colts today announced that exclusive rights free agent long snapper Luke Rhodes has signed his tender.

Rhodes, 6-2, 238 pounds, originally signed with Indianapolis as a free agent on October 5, 2016. He has played in 36 career games with the Colts and has tallied four special teams tackles.

In 2018, Rhodes snapped in all 16 games and registered four special teams tackles. He snapped for kicker Adam Vinatieri, who became the NFL’s all-time leader in points scored and field goals made in 2018. Rhodes also snapped in each of the Colts’ two postseason contests. In 2017, he made the transition from linebacker to long snapper and competed in all 16 games. As a rookie in 2016, Rhodes saw action in four games.
