The Green Bay Packers elevated S Henry Black from the practice squad to the active roster for gameday and signed WR Seth Roberts to the practice squad. The transaction was announced Saturday by General Manager Brian Gutekunst.

Roberts, a 6-foot-2, 195-pound sixth-year player out of West Alabama, was originally signed by the Oakland Raiders as an undrafted rookie free agent in 2014. After spending his entire rookie season on the Raiders' practice squad, he played four seasons (2015-18) with Oakland before spending the 2019 season with the Baltimore Ravens and playing seven games for the Carolina Panthers this season. For his career, Roberts has played in 85 games with 26 starts, recording 183 receptions for 2,128 yards (11.6 avg.) and 15 touchdowns. He has also carried the ball three times for 5 yards (1.7 avg.) and returned two kickoffs for 47 yards (23.5 avg.). Roberts has appeared in two postseason games with one start in his career. He will wear No. 11 for the Packers.
