CHARLOTTE - Panthers edge rusher Brian Burns and tackle Dennis Daley were limited participants at Thursday's practice, an encouraging sign after neither practiced on Wednesday.


Shaq Thompson (ankle) went from a limited participant on Wednesday to full on Thursday afternoon.


Tackle Greg Little (concussion), edge rusher Christian Miller (ankle) and quarterback Cam Newton (foot) did not participate on Thursday.
