Comment: Time to solidify the back end for a team that's been cycling through wingmen for stalwart S Eddie Jackson. Delpit's occasional tackling issues are well documented, but his Tiger teammates swear by his ability and toughness.
No. 50: Baylor receiver Denzel Mims
Comment: A bona fide deep threat could be a real boost to whomever winds up staring under center here.

No. 43: Boise State tackle Ezra Cleveland
Comment: The Bears didn't have a first-round pick, which went to the Raiders for Khalil Mack. This pick came back from the Raiders, and Chicago can use that to bolster their pass protection. The Bears ranked 20th in that area, according to PFF advanced stats, and they're currently set to start Charles Leno Jr. and Bobby Massie at tackle.
No. 50: Notre Dame edge rusher Julian Okwara
Comment:The Bears should have gotten an up-close view of Okwara last year in South Bend, making up for the lack of pro days this year. The 6-4, 252-pound Okwara had just four sacks last year, "but has the special athletic profile that you bet on at the edge position," wrote PFF's Mike Renner.

No. 43: Southern Illinois safety Jeremy Chinn
Comment: Built more like a linebacker than safety, Chinn is physical as a run defender, but he showed off his elite athleticism—4.46 40-yard dash with a 41" vertical jump at 221 pounds—at the combine as well. The nephew of Hall-of-Fame safety Steve Atwater, Chinn had a minimum of three interceptions in all four seasons for the Salukis.
No. 50: LSU guard/center Lloyd Cushenberry
Comment: Cushenberry has started the past few seasons at center for the Tigers, but he has the versatility to play guard as well and he's the best-available interior lineman heading into Day 2.

Comment: Fulton (6-0, 197 pounds) has the size, speed, smarts and sound coverage skills to have a long, prosperous career, which is why he felt confident enough to pull out of the Senior Bowl.
No. 50: Houston tackle Josh Jones
Comment: The Bears can go best player available here and consider an upgrade over right tackle Bobby Massie, who turns 31 in August. Jones has terrific athleticism for his size (6-5, 319 pounds) and can support with his toughness and relentless blocking. He is a bit raw, however; his handwork and footwork both could use refinement to maximize his natural skills.

Comment: Ha Ha Clinton-Dix signed with Dallas, so the Bears need a safety who can step into the starting spot opposite Eddie Jackson. Delpit misses too many tackles, but his 2018 tape is better than his 2019 tape and he'll turn into an excellent value pick if he's able to regain his form.
No. 50: Louisiana tackle/guard Robert Hunt
Comment: Kyle Long's retirement creates a need at right guard. Hunt is the top guard prospect in the draft, and the Bears won't be able to land him if they wait until their next pick, which is in the fifth round (unless they make a trade).
